Problem: Lack of general interest in the park, lots of unused space, lack of community
Solution: Putting in a water fountain that ties in the waterfront and seating areas
Tire Usage: Used as the main design for the fountain, covered in textiles for color
Question: How will we get the water to the fountain? How will we implement enough seating/make the design kid friendly?
water cycle can be possible for the fountain (there are little engines to do that).
